Of course, but you need to have administrator-level access to Joomla to do that. If you do, simply log into back end, then select "Site" in main menu, followed by "Global Configuration". Next to click is the "Server" tab, which should result in a page similar to the one shown in the image below (Joomla 2.5).
Please note that in case you are using a different language, the name of particular menu items will be different, but in general the locations of menu items is the same for every language.
